Your rentals, remembered
Quarterday keeps track of every date the rules set for landlords, for every home you let, and tells you before each one comes round. Here’s what that looks like.
Start with a postcode
That’s all we need to begin. We work out the council, the region, and when that home has to be on the new landlord register. No account needed to check.
Add the property in a minute
Pick the address and we fill in what we can: the region, the deadline, and the energy certificate with its expiry and rating. Then add a date or two if you have them to hand. Everything else can wait.
Get one email before each date
90, 60, 30 and 7 days ahead. Each one names the property and the job, says why it matters, and has one button. That’s it — no app to open, no password to remember.

Your gas safety check at 14 Ash Grove is due on 12 January, 90 days from now.
There’s no cap on the fine for letting without one, so it’s worth booking early.

Register in minutes, not an afternoon
The government register asks around twenty questions for every home, one property at a time. We lay out every answer in the same order, each with a copy button, and tell you what’s missing before you start.

Every date, in Apple, Google or Outlook calendar. It updates itself.
Invite a joint owner. You both see the same homes and both get the reminders.
Change something on a registered home and we start the 28 days you have to update the register.
Keep gas, electrical and licence documents with the property. Only you can see them.
