When do I renew my registration?
Once you’re on the new landlord register, all your properties renew on the same day each year: the anniversary of the first one you registered. It’s £65 a property.
Still going through Parliament. The dates and the fee are the government’s published plan, and the regulations that make them law are waiting for Parliament’s approval. An example
Say you register a flat in Birmingham on 10 January 2027, and a house in London on 20 August 2027. Both renew on 10 January 2028, and every 10 January after that. The London house doesn’t get its own date.
